Secret Garden Rose Inc ("Secret Garden Rose," "we," "us," or "our") provides SgrDriver as an internal delivery operations application for authorized drivers. This policy explains the information processed when you use SgrDriver.

Information we collect

• Account information: username, user identifier, role, authentication token, and related account details used to sign you in and authorize Driver features.
• Delivery and order information: assigned order numbers, delivery status, recipient and delivery details, addresses, notes, and other information needed to complete deliveries.
• Location information: when you grant permission, the App may use your device location to show your position and delivery locations on a map and support delivery operations.
• Photos and camera access: when you choose to take or select a photo, the App processes the image as delivery documentation or proof of delivery.
• Technical information: limited device, network, request, and error information may be processed to secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate authorized drivers, display and manage assigned deliveries, provide maps and delivery workflows, upload delivery documentation, maintain service security, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations, and provide support.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with Secret Garden Rose personnel and service providers that support hosting, mapping, storage, delivery operations, security, or legal compliance. These parties may use information only as necessary to provide their services or meet legal obligations.

Permissions and choices

You may control location, camera, and photo-library permissions in your device settings. Some delivery features may not work without the relevant permission. You may sign out of the App to remove the locally stored session from the device.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery operations, business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Authorized users may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transmission. No security method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

SgrDriver is a workforce application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such processing.
